So today is day 10. I seem to be breaking out more than ever! I did read that this was a possibility, but that doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. The dermatologist told me not to use anything on my skin other than a moisturizing soap, and a good, creamy moisturizer. The Accutane dries out the skin like crazy. It kills me... it really does! I had almost perfectly, acne-free skin as a teenager (although I had eczema), but since I turned 18, I started breaking out like crazy. I'm turning 31 the end of this month, and I still have bad acne. I have tried EVERYTHING. Nothing works, or if it does work slightly, it is a very brief relief. I have even used steroid creams and antibiotics from the dermatologist.
